As I was learning I was also doing and trying out stuff. I think there absolutely has to be action combined with the learning. So perhaps early on it was 90% learning and 10% doing...then 75/25 and then 50/50, etc. Keep increasing the action as your education increases. @Ali – that’s an interesting question.
